How PACEE handles your personal information
This policy explains how profile, identity, education, employment, and application information is used and retained.
Information collected
We collect contact details, address, date of birth, photograph, identity proof, qualifications, skills, employment history, salary expectations, and application activity that you choose to submit.
Purpose and access
Information is used only to operate the employment portal, match applicants with vacancies, process applications, create authorised biodata exports, and support recruitment. Applicants can access their own documents. Authorised administrators can access documents associated with applications.
Retention
Applicant profile documents and recruitment records are retained for up to 24 months after the applicant’s last portal activity, unless law or an active recruitment process requires longer retention. Records due for removal must be reviewed and securely deleted by an authorised administrator.
Your choices
You may update your profile and consent choices. Contact the portal administrator to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion where legally permitted. Withdrawing consent may prevent further use of application services.
Security
Uploaded documents are stored in protected storage and delivered only through authenticated, authorised endpoints. Access should be limited to personnel who need it for recruitment.
